What do I do?

I’m a consultant specialising in all aspects of human resources, with a particular focus in the areas of management development, change and employee engagement.

I specialise in; Mediation, Employee Counselling, Workplace Investigations, Performance Management support, and interim HR and Learning and Development management.

Where have I worked?

My career has been spent in large national and multinational companies such as Elders in Australia, Levi Strauss and Kellogg, Brown and Root in the UK and Cathay Pacific Airways in Hong Kong.

Working for Bechtel on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link project in the UK was a great privilege and I worked with experts in behavioural safety from some of Europe’s major players in construction.

Since coming back to Australia in 2004, I worked in a few more multinational engineering firms based in Sydney as well as a lot of other companies in between as a freelance consultant.

What else?

I’m very proud to be part of the dedicated team of Crisis Support volunteers who work for Lifeline. I was the Chair of Lifeline Northern Beaches from 2015 to 2017 and am a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Qualifications

I started out with a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Industrial Relations. I now hold a Master of Science degree from the University of London in Organisational Psychology as well as some other pieces of paper collected along the way.
